Return & Replacement Policy

At The Mobile Mania, customer satisfaction is important to us. We specialize in vintage and classic mobile phones, and we strive to ensure that every product reaches our customers in proper working condition.
1. Eligibility for Return & Replacement
Customers may request a return and replacement within 15 days from the date of delivery only under the following circumstances:

The product received is defective or not functioning properly upon delivery.

The customer receives a different item from what was originally ordered.
2. Conditions for Approval
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

The request must be raised within 15 calendar days from the delivery date.

The product must be returned with all original accessories, packaging, invoices, and included items.

The product must not show signs of physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair attempts, liquid damage, or tampering after delivery.

Customers may be required to provide photographs or videos of the issue to facilitate verification.
3. Replacement Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval of the replacement request.

If approved, a replacement unit of the same model will be dispatched subject to stock availability.

If the exact model is unavailable, our team will contact the customer to discuss suitable alternatives.
4. Non-Eligible Situations
Return or replacement requests will not be accepted for:

Change of mind after purchase.

Preference regarding color, appearance, or features that were accurately described in the product listing.

Damage caused by mishandling, accidental drops, water exposure, improper charging practices, or unauthorized repairs after delivery.

Requests made after the 15-day return and replacement period.
5. Warranty
Eligible products sold by The Mobile Mania are covered by a 5-month warranty against functional defects, subject to the warranty terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase.
The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, normal wear and tear, battery performance degradation due to usage, software modifications, or damage caused by improper handling.
