The Mobile Mania specializes in the sale of vintage and classic mobile phones, including brands such as Nokia, Blackberry, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, LG, and other collectible devices.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order with The Mobile Mania, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are purchasing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, photographs, and pricing are accurate.
Since many of our products are vintage or pre-owned devices, minor signs of age-related wear may exist unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other legitimate business reasons.
If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be processed.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Customers agree to provide accurate billing and payment information when making a purchase.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
The Mobile Mania shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

7. Return and Replacement Policy

Customers may request a return and replacement within 15 days from the date of delivery only if:

The product received is defective; or
The customer receives a different item than the one ordered.

Returned products must include the original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria may be declined.

8. Warranty

Eligible products include a 5-month warranty covering functional defects, subject to the warranty terms communicated at the time of sale.

The warranty does not cover:

Physical damage;
Liquid damage;
Unauthorized repairs or modifications;
Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper handling;
Normal wear and tear.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree:

To provide accurate information when placing orders;
Not to misuse our website or services;
To follow all product usage instructions and recommendations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Mobile Mania shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, logos, graphics, images, and other materials, is the property of The Mobile Mania or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

12. Privacy

Any personal information collected during the ordering process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or from transactions with The Mobile Mania shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

The Mobile Mania reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will become effective upon publication of the revised Terms on our website.
