At The Mobile Mania, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched on the next business day after the order is placed and payment is successfully received.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

  • Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 4–5 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner serviceability.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or delays by third-party courier services.

Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing the order.

  • The Mobile Mania will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking details, where applicable, will be shared with customers after the order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

  • If you receive a defective product or a different item from what was ordered, please contact us within 15 days of delivery to initiate a return and replacement request in accordance with our Return & Replacement Policy.
